Meet Your Trainer — Louise Cooper

Accredited Exercise Physiologist | Women's Health Specialist | Mum of Four

Louise Cooper is the founder of Her Health Moves Exercise Physiology and creator of the Strong to

the Core program.

As both a women's health practitioner and a mum of four, she understands firsthand how pregnancy

and motherhood can change your body — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Over the years, she has developed a passion for helping mums reconnect with their bodies after

birth — safely, confidently, and without pressure. Her approach combines clinical expertise with real-

life understanding.

Louise has worked as an exercise physiologist for 12 years and completed extensive training in

women's health, from pre-postnatal to menopause and beyond. It is her lived experience as a mum,

who has had a prolapse and stress urinary incontinence, and worked through rehabilitation that

resulted in the development of this program.
